How energy efficiency is improved
Automatic dynamic hydronic balancing with the SAUTER Valveco flanged regulating valve provides a correct supply to the downstream consumers and a reduction of temperature variations in heating and cooling systems, so that energy is used more accurately and more efficiently
Regulating valve (PICV) with three functions:
Regulating
Infinitely variable preset for maximum volume flow
Automatic hydronic balancing
Control of low and mean temperature domestic hot water, cooled water, water with anti-freeze in closed circuits
Volume flow range: 2.5…600 m3/h
All types with three pressure measurement nipples for precise calibration and control
The valve is closed when the spindle is moved in
Closing procedure against the pressure
Simple connection of VDL 050…080 to AVM 215 and VDL 100…200 to AVM 234 (VDL 250…300 with adapter)
Regulating valve with flange connection, flat-sealing
Differential pressure across the control unit is kept constant
Calculation of valve authority not required (= 1.0)
